For sale is my rust free 1977 CJ 5 (CJ5 is Boxier/Shorter than CJ 7) 4X4 that I purchase about 5 years ago in Colorado. Custom built with a 1980 boxed frame (I was told this frame is the strongest of Jeep models). Original rebuilt 304 V-8. The gentleman I bought it from invested over $12,000 on a frame off restoration. It now has 18,000 miles on it. He rebuilt this Jeep to take to Moab to off-road but fell short of doing so. It has never been off-road (But it certainly can!). The entire Jeep is Rhino lined, inside and out. I was told the Grille, Mirror Arms & Dash are original?? (They are Copper). Since I have owned it, it has been garage kept and used for weekend cruises. Everyone who sees it absolutely loves the look. I have only put around 3000 miles on it since purchase and have invested around another $3000. I have too many toys (Chevelle, Bronco, motorcycle) so something has to go.

This Jeep runs & drives great, starts right up and sounds incredible. It has zero rust on frame or body. All signals, gauges & lights work perfectly. I had an appraisal done last summer at a car show and it came back at $12,500. I have it insured for $15,000. Anyone else selling this Jeep would have a $10,000+ price tag on it. This is a great little vehicle that won't break your bank. Again, the only reason I am selling it is because I have too many toys, plus when I bought it, I got it for a heck of a deal.
